Fault Finding

From inspection repeated errors can be identified. By correctly identifying the source of errors, corrections can be applied and accuracy maintained

I have on many occasions had to diagnose and find sources of errors in an industrial setting. The image below shows and example in which repeated impacting of metal sheet on backstops had indented the metal to the point where this had introduced 0.6mm error on all bent parts. From this corrections were made and an inspection schedule established.

I have also carried out electrical fault finding and software debugging both on PC and for embedded applications
